Our Story
Airedale House opened in 2009, converting a historic riverside mill building into modern, flexible workspaces. Founded by Terry — who brought 30 years of property management experience — the centre has grown from a handful of offices to a thriving community of over 100 businesses.
We are still family-run, still personally managed, and still committed to the same principle we started with: provide excellent workspace at fair prices, with no hidden costs and no long-term lock-ins.
Every business that moves in gets a direct line to the people who run the building. No call centres, no ticket systems, no automated replies. When you ring, one of three people answers — and they already know your name.
The Building
Set on the banks of the River Aire, Airedale House combines the character of a historic mill with modern infrastructure. The building features gigabit internet throughout, 24/7 key-fob access, CCTV security, a communal kitchen, outdoor riverside seating, and 120 free parking spaces — including 8 EV chargers.

Operations Manager
Runs day-to-day operations. First point of contact for tenants, visitors, and prospective clients. Yvonne handles reception, mail, scheduling, and ensures every tenant has what they need.
Tom
Facilities & IT
Handles building maintenance, IT infrastructure, and security. From the gigabit fibre to the EV chargers to the boiler — Tom makes sure everything runs without interruption, 24/7.
