Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"We" / "Us" refers to Airedale House Business Centre Ltd (Company No. 00209895). "You" refers to the client or website visitor. "Services" means serviced offices, coworking, virtual office, and meeting room hire.

2. Service Agreements

All services operate on rolling monthly contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. A signed licence agreement is required before occupancy of any office or desk space.

3. Notice Period

30 calendar days' written notice is required to terminate any service. No exit fees or penalties apply. Notice can be given by email to hello@airedalehouse.co.uk.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are raised on the 1st of each month and payable within 7 days. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Late payments may incur a charge of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Permitted Use

Office and desk space may be used for lawful business purposes only. Subletting is not permitted. The registered office address may be used for Companies House, HMRC, banking, and general business correspondence.

6. Liability

We maintain building insurance and public liability insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Website Terms

This website is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but do not guarantee it. Prices shown are subject to change. All content is © Airedale House Business Centre Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
